Maverick Restaurant Group is led by the creative vision of President Peter Selig, who brought you local favorites like Biga and Acenar that have served San Antonio for over 20 years. Now, he continues to impact the culinary scene with concepts including Allora, Arrosta, and Maverick Texas Brasserie to bring big-city style at reasonable prices without a fussy attitude. In the kitchen, Executive Chef Robbie Nowlin shares his passion for French cooking with recipes that continue to excite and delight guests. An award-winning chef and San Antonio native, he brings  a deeply flavored and satisfying style of cooking to his favorite cuisine. Director of Hospitality Brannon Swindle guides the team, delivering Texan hospitality to every table for a warm experience you’ll cherish.
