Located in Southtown, Maverick will be a casual, up-scale dining Texas Brasserie. We will be serving a large French-inspired menu, broad but approachable wine program, and seasonal craft cocktail program. The ideal candidates are be self-motivated, hungry to learn, and excited about being part of a new concept that is food and hospitality driven. Also important is a strong work ethic, a hunger to learn and grow, a basic understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails, and previous experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ideally, You Also Have:
1-2 years experience in a full-service restaurant
Culinary and/or Beverage Degree/Certification(s)
Hospitality Degree/Certification
